OPI + The Muppets = Awesome

Just spotted OPI’s new collaboration with The Muppets, and besides the fact that they’re collaborating with The Muppets this new line of sparkly, glittery, rainbow-y nail polishes is downright fabulous.  You can be sure my toes will be sporting some Rainbow Connection and Divine Swine this holiday season!

The 12 limited edition colors are set to hit stores in November. (via Styleite)

UM Project Milking Stools

Love the simplicity and pretty bright colors of these traditional stools.  Price is a little unfortch, but I’m always happy to support great design.

From 2Modern: “The Milking Stool is a friendly nod to a universal design, one to which everybody relates. It is perfect as occasional seating or accent piece in any room. The piece features ultra-simple graphic lines, a colorful duo-tone finish, a matte lacquer and a playful surprise when you turn it around. The stool is made of solid wood with birch legs and a poplar top. Since its launch a few years ago, UM Project’s Milking Stool has become an instant classic and has been manufactured in many colors.”

Lovely Little Neon Strings

I’m seriously gaga over neon this summer. Who isn’t? Neon (especially neon pink) looks good on everybody, and its just the bright shock of chip-cheeriness the world needs right now, if you ask me.

I’m also loving the delicate way neon is surfacing in more elemental areas of design and jewelry (especially kids jewelry! so cute!) vs. the bold statements we’re typically seeing in clothing and bags:

Bake By Numbers Pie Plate

Going through my posts after this and creating a “rainbow” category, since clearly I have a problem.

But what’s the problem with this Bake By Numbers Pie Plate? NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. Its charming, and useful, and charming and rainbow-y. What says Hostess Gift better than a traditional pie plate with an artsy twist? I’d cook you dinner for sure!
